Rule Amendment 1

R. 105 Government Gazette 35030 dated 10 February 2012 (PP/136)

In terms of section 57A of the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, a provisional payment in relation to anti-dumping duty is imposed up to and including 10 August 2012 to the extent and on the goods set out in the Schedule hereto.
